Profile of Attention
To provide a home environment to marginalized teenage girls that come from vulnerable families with limited resources and problems related to violence, addictions and education deficiency. All of these teenagers are in a high-risk situation, possibly homeless and/or victims of violence. To address their basic needs of subsistence as related to food, medical and psychological attention, clothing and shelter as well as an education with officially recognized studies or skills development to take on employment. We also seek to provide social guidance that can support their life conditions and strengthen their social and labor skills to enable living a life of Independence.
Teenage mothers between 13 and 16 years of age who are in a high risk situation because of extreme poverty, family violence, and or sexual abuse.
Teenage girls between 13 and 16 years of age who are in a high risk situation because of abandonment by one or both parents, having a mother or father who are unable to take care of them, experiencing extreme poverty, family violence, sexual abuse, children of parents with addictions or have parents who have a medical condition that renders them unable to take care of the child.
Those who are considered mentally or physically healthy; who have a psychological problem will be admitted with the guarantee that they will not put at risk the beneficiary population and can incorporate themselves to the institutional established programs.
To offer holistic support focused on the attainment and recuperation of dignity of teenage girls that are in homeless and high-risk situations.
To promote strategies that support human and personal development in a holistic manner that prevents situations of risk for the vulnerable population.
To promote the academic development and vocational training of the beneficiary population and enable high professional performance.
